On May 1st Sunset is hosting a concert of Shawn McDonald, Downhere, and Jason Gray.

Today’s first song is not really a song. Rather it is Shawn talking about his new album. From the songs I’ve heard so far the album has more of an upbeat feel, but still has the vintage Shawny Mac feel. I’m looking forward to hearing him in a little over a month along with the great band Downhere.

The second video is one of Downhere’s hits. I would say they have 2, this song (“A Better Way”) and “The More.” This is by no means a new song, but I bet only a few of you have heard it. If you like it come check them out on May 1st.
