The day I graduated from McNary High School (in Keizer, OR) it was 96. The day my sister graduated from high school it rained half the day and was 56. That sums up Oregon weather. Love or hate it, at least it is never the same.
- The biggest news story of the past week outside of Obama is the passing of legislation in California for legal gay marriage. Here are some great articles: Informative and opinionated on the topic of it being a ballot issue in November.

T: I grew up outside of Chicago… Take in Second City/Uno’s Pizza…Navy Pier in all its glory…or, if you’re mobile, you must drive LSD. At night! The weather should be good–enjoy!

Definitely see a Cubs game. Second city at night. See downtown and I think it’s River St for dinner. Or the bars across from the Wrigley.
when taking a team of people who have never been I’d walk Millenium Park, check out the bean, eat something Chicago only- ride the ferris wheel at the Navy pier as the sun sets on the city and sit at the end of the pier as lighting flashes.
if it’s me and it’s Thursday night, I’d go to a live taping of Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me.
