The one person that I would like to mention is Sheila Pierce. She has led worship at a church plant before - and as you said, she is very aware of what my job entails. Because of this she is extremely supportive and caring. She understands what is difficult about my job and she is very appreciative as well. She is acting as the administrative lead for worship ministry in my absence and actually comes in and works every Wed to make sure everything is ready for rehearsal and the services, etc. It's created tons of work for her but she volunteered to do this and I feel so blessed by her love for me and her heart to see others worship God.
