Fortuitous Bouncing

I added a search box on the sidebar to the right. I’ve had people email me asking if I’ve written about this or that. Feel free to use that box to search for anything on this blog, it is a great tool for that.

Also thanks to those of you who shared some of your painful Summit stories. That is just one example of why I love blogging.

For those of you who think I’m too serious on this blog: please enjoy this (below). Ross, Matt, and I were best friends in high school. We always danced to techno in Ross’ car. We decided it was time to do our first techno video shoot.

I can’t believe I’m actually posting this on my blog.

That is an amazing video. I preach the 17th and I think I am going to have to figure out a way to use this as some sort of random illustration.

  2. Laura VG says:

Ummm…could you maybe choreograph some liturgical dance moves for this next Sunday’s set? No words…

  3. Vin Thomas says:

Yeah…screw countdown videos. All churches must use this instead!

  4. rossgale says:

It’s probably a good thing we cut out all of the nudity in the video.

  5. Darin says:

    Loved the video.

One question, why is looking into the character of someone throwing stones? Edwards denied any relationship.

Yes we all fall but when we lie about it it shows what we believe about our mistakes. It says we believe we are above them and not accountable.

Holdping someone accountable for me isn’t throwing stones. That is one of the areas Obama has seemed to understand. He doesn’t dance around childhood indescrsesion. I think it is one reason people trust him.

  6. Tyler says:

Wow apparently everyone loves the video. I’m shocked. I hope this doesn’t become some youtube prodigy. That was our biggest fear from the beginning. I purposely didn’t make it have its own post in fear of even more people watching it.

Darin- I’m not disagreeing with you. I just see the media and bloggers attacking him left and right. Sometimes we offer grace too easily, but not this time. He deserves some grace as much as I want to question everything about it.

Also…I am way behind on responding to comments from the past 3 or 4 days, SO SORRY!

The problem is that I don’t have time to catch up. I’ll do my best to respond in the comments section but probably not over email back to you all.

  8. Yonas says:

I saw some sinful moves in there LOL.

  9. bwahahahaha… that made my night.

  10. Jill says:

UH…..you didn’t do that at my party! Wow…wow.. and double wow!

  11. janowen says:

Tyler, I loved the light switch moves. Don’t have strobe? No prob.

You are a brave man. I laughed and laughed. If my husband did this I would assume he was drunk or mentally ill. He ONLY dances when Bama or LSU makes a touchdown (hence the name “touchdown dance”) or when he beats me in playing Wii, which I don’t think is very loving.

So clean it up a bit and bring it out for worship next week. And video that too. Wow!

  12. Holy Crap!

Although the light show was amazing.

    Hahahaha!!!!

  13. Shaun Groves says:

I just threw up a little in my mouth.

  14. jonas says:

    wow! haha!!!

Oh…my…goodness. Inspiration, spectacle, creativity, a triumph of the human spirit – that was awesome.

Nice cardio Tyler, you danced your man into the ground.
I think I’ll make this my new workout vid.
