Fortuitous Bouncing

2008 August 16

Maybe you don’t know but fishing in Alaska means unGodly, extremely early morning wake up times. High tide this morning on the rivers we fish was about 2:45am. The best bite of the day is usually the first light after high tide which today was 5:30am but you have to go get the spot you want before it gets light. So we get up at 2:30am (everyday!!!). But instead of not catching anything (like those who try to come late) I have caught 2 silver salmon.

That video totally cracks me up. The Stuart Shepard is pretty funny as well. That guy puts out a lot of great content. Some people are a little too serious.

Wow, I can’t believe we made it on fortuitous bouncing. Thanks for the shout out.

I like the video…but the quote from Mother Theresa is a bit strange.

  4. Ric Wild says:

Wow, that Obama videa was ridiculous…I can’t even imagine how much time that must have taken! Some people just have too much time on their hands.

Chad- Of course man…should have happened earlier.

Vin- The Mother Theresa quote is her thoughts on the Bible verse about how caring for the least of these is caring for Jesus.

Ric- I definitely agree. I had to show it just because of how ridiculous it is. He takes the stage at Saddleback in an hour…but I can’t watch it. No cable in Alaska unless you are rich.

The Olympic Games may never bring “world peace,” but for two weeks, we can all come together and find a way to respect each other, set aside our differences show sportsmanship…it’s still truly an amazing thing!

I love the Obama video, that’s creativity right there (plus I used to like Rick Astley- YES, I said it..I used to like Rick Astley).

So, Obama’s disco move VS Tyler’s Trance/Techno dance, who wins?
