Just for the record…I think Counting on God is my new favorite song! It just might be because I can’t do anything but count on Him right now, but I absolutely love that song. It was stuck in my head for days and I actually didn’t mind!

Janet brings up a good point. We lowered the song from C to A. It was just too high for most women to hang with and even a tad high for me which is saying something.

Steff- I compare it not based on lyrics but on song flow and feel.

Hmmm………….. Looks like I need to get on the ball and introduce “Reign in us”. It seems to be a hit and now that you’ve compared it to “Mighty to Save” I’m really going to have to look into it!

We introduced Reign In Us a couple of weeks back. Well-crafted song. The team and congregation really clicked with it.

Great song choice.

I have yet to hear the Starfield song, but I notice many churches include it in worship. Came to my rescue is amazing. I try to play it once a month. There are a few folks in the congregation that could sing nothing but that one song.
