The Ritual

About every other night I have a ritual (does that still count as a ritual?). Eating ice cream.

I’ve spent a lot of time this week working on papers and projects and writing deep, deep stuff. So instead of writing another deep thinking blog, I’m going with something a little more lighthearted.

If I had to choose a favorite ice cream, and believe me that is hard to do, I’d go with chocolate chip cookie dough.

I wonder what it says about me… but I really can’t decide between 3 different ones. I suppose if I had to choose it would be Ben & Jerry’s Chubby Hubby (but I have always loved B&R’s Jamocha Almond Fudge – the old standby, and had a favorite hands down homemade Licorice from this little shop in Idaho… but it’s not something that I can get very often)

Chocolate chip cookie dough is pretty gross, Ty. Light Mocha Almond Fudge is right up there for me. You should keep an open mind and try it – it’s waiting for you right now in your freezer. Yea, I know you don’t like almonds, but ya gotta get over that! Love ya… ~Gar

Yesterday, I was in Gilroy, CA: The Garlic Capital of the World (so they claim…) and had garlic ice cream. That is definitely NOT my favorite. Chocolate chip cookie dough is actually my favorite too.
