We’ve had a lot of rain here in Portland the past week.
Anytime it gets real wet here I always start thinking about where I would love to travel to for a week.
Immediately I start an internal debate of whether I would want to go to a snow bound mountain cabin or a tropical beach-side shack.
If you could go anywhere/right now/for a week…where would you go?

right now? anywhere my husband is. We haven’t been together longer than 48 hours in over a month. If WE could choose I would always choose a beach……where it’s warm.
I would not go to the mountain because you could fall off a cliff and die. And I wouldn’t go to an island because you could drown in the water or be carried out to sea. I would probably lock myself in a closet. That would be safe.
Truthfully, I’d like to spend about 3 lifetimes right where I live!
But, if I HAD to go somewhere…….yeah, Maui.
