- Donald Miller is giving the benediction Monday night at the Democratic National Convention. He is a great Q/A time about it HERE.
- Matt Singley has started a series on “dirty church secrets.” Both Jay and I agree he is turning into Anne Jackson with his titles 🙂 With that said, he had a great post on The Sabbath.
- Rich Kirkpatrick on the myth that worship can’t be anything like the Olympic Opening Ceremony. I could probably write something similar to this, but he says it a lot better than I can.
- At this point there are too many blogs to list that have written about Healer. I think I’m going to wait until more information comes out before I come to a decision on how to or not to respond to all this.
- TC Robinson on postures of worship.
News

- Kids entering high school this year have a different mindset: check this out. Quite assuming.
- A bikini clad barista threw boiling hot water on a man who flashed her. I can’t help but laugh.
- Apparently John McCain has no idea how many houses he owns. Does he have a PR person working for him or is he just that dense?
