One of the important things I needed to do as I worked on my manuscript was to come up with a definition of holiness.
Many great thinkers, pastors, and theologians have come up with their own definitions so mine is by no means the best, but it is one that helps inform much of the book I’m working on.
So here’s my definition…
Holiness is an unwavering devotion to God birthed out of a deep affection from and for God.
